Katie + Matt | In-Home Engagement Session | Washington, D.C

My cheeks hurt after I hung out with Katie + Matt for a couple of hours. They're such a freaking joy to be around! They wanted to go for something a little cozier and more "them" for their engagement session, so we opted for an in-home session! Katie + Matt are perfect for one another. I am so excited for their wedding this August, one because they're awesome and two because they'll be having pizza AND donuts ;) 

Alicia + David | Pond View Farm Wedding

This wedding was oh so special to me. I grew up with Alicia, our families went to the same church. I've been on mission trips, youth group trips and even did summer camp with Alicia. To say I was honored to photograph her marrying her soulmate last Sunday would be an understatement. 

Alicia + David tied the knot on a rainy day at Pond View Farm. The venue is SO beautiful and thankfully the rain held off enough for us to snag some awesome portraits. Alicia + David had infectious smiles all day long. Joy was in the air and I was so grateful to be a part of this celebration! 

I loved the special touches throughout the day. There's nothing like hand written notes, your dad being your best man and tearful first looks. Check out this stunning wedding below!

Karis + Micah | The Inn at Vint Hill Wedding

Karis + Micah hold such a special place in my heart and it was an absolute privilege being able to shoot their big day. We met, where I meet 99 percent of the people in my life, on Instagram. Individually they're both incredible people, but together they're a dream couple. Everything about their day, from start to finish was stunning (and a photographer's dream - which makes sense!
